ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
To insure quick turnaround time on your order, we require digitized or camera-ready
artwork. If artwork is not camera ready, touching up, recreation or any other artwork
revision is necessary, prices will be quoted accordingly.
Camera-Ready Art Guidelines:
Black and white cama redy artwork at 600dpi higer, 200% larger than final size on flat
photographic paper. Artwork for multiple color imprints must be sent as color-separated
art with registration marks for individual colors.
Digital Art Requirements:
Both PC and Macintosh computer file formats are acceptable. Graphic programs that are
acceptable are as follows: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photo shop, Adobe Acrobat, Corel
Draw, All files of these programs MUST have all text converted to curves/outline or vector
forms. If outline or vector forms are not possible, please included all fonts with the
artwork.
E-Mail Requirements:
E-mailed artwork must be sent in with an accompanying hard copy via fax, mail, or as
JPG or PDF files. All E-mails must contain the Purchase Order Number in the Subject as
well as the Distributor name, contact and phone number in the Body
Halftones
Most halftone artworks are difficult to print, because of the various factors that must be
considered. If your artwork contains halftone, please make sure the halftone is set
between 85 dpi to 110 dpi. The artwork must be at 100% of the actual imprint size, as
any enlargement or reduction will alter the halftones. Please send artwork in electronic
format. It is always a good idea to consult Baja Sports before submitting any artwork
containing halftones.
